The mélange grey Kumma wool knitted cardigan has a slim straight fit. The Unikko pattern cardigan is made with the intarsia knitting method which gives the knit a lively surface. It has a deep V-neck a triple button closure and long loose sleeves. The sleeve ends and hemline have wide ribbing.
The knitted cardigan is made of wool which contains 50% certified recycled wool and 50% recycled wool from side streams of the manufacturer.
Marimekko’s famous pattern Unikko was born in 1964 in a time when the design house’s collections featured mostly abstract prints. Designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from this organic theme and designed an entire range of floral prints. Today the iconic flower represents creativity.
